This modern beautifully presented caravan is located on Eavestone on the lake development, on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic, large grassed area to the side of the caravan and view to the lighthouse, and open fields to the rear of the caravan.

This is a beauty of a caravan, you certainly won't be disappointed staying in this caravan, with a lovely location set back on the lake development, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac giving great views of the lighthouse with open fields to the rear of the caravan and a nice grassed area to the left.

In the lounge there are a 3 & 2 seater sofas, and electric fire, nest of tables and the patio doors leading onto the wraparound veranda which has outdoor furniture

Right next to the caravan is a private driveway.

The caravan is homely and beautifully presented, with all the home comforts you will need for a perfect stay, beds are made up for your arrival

With its location with no through traffic, its a great spot for the peace and quiet, but located just a short walk to all amenities on site, and an easy cut through way to the village of Flamborough.

The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your stay, a £150 security bond is payable with the balance due and this is refunded after your stay once the caravan has been checked and all is ok.
